Large Gardens - Example 3

The area around this newly built Luytens style property was quickly transformed to create an established looking garden. The scheme included driveways and parking and patio areas of natural stone. Old clay brick paths linked seating areas and provided access around the house.

Existing trees remained with some more ornamental trees added to enhance the hard landscaping but to not hinder the views. Planting was selected to be able to cope with the clay soil with a high water table in winter.

Lighting, allowing enjoyment of the garden at night, completed the scheme.
